An overview of the Heart Chakra will be presented, as the crystals being used in this workshop activate this area.

There will also be an introduction to the symbolic meaning of messages received during a meditative state.

Experience 2 Journey Meditations within Crystal Arrays
In this workshop we will build 2 different Crystal Arrays.

• Self Love - Journey within to Explore & Activate your Heart Energy
• Love Connections - Strengthen Your Connection to a Loved One via the Energy of the Heart

This can be deep experience leading to profound insights from your inner world that translate directly to your life

Participants of this workshop will be invited to experience meditations within Crystal Arrays which will involve lying on the floor. Yoga Mats will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring additional padding to lay upon for your comfort, plus a pillow for under your head and a blanket to keep you warm.

What to expect in the Crystal Array:

In this workshop you will work in pairs. Each participant is invited to enter the arrays, one after another, to experience a journey meditation. The journey will begin with a relaxation meditation before being guided to visualize a safe & sacred place. Once there, the participants are asked to describe what they can see, and their partner will write down what is said. The expectation is that somewhere in this space there is a message for them. This could be presented as a symbolic object, place or scene; via a message from a guide of some sort; or as an 'inner knowing'. Once your message has been received you will be guided back and grounded into the physical world.

Most of the crystals that resonate with the Heart Chakra are
Green & Pink. There will be 30+ different types of crystals
for you to examine, including: Jade, Malachite, Peridot,
Emerald, Chrysoprase, Maldavite, Rose Quartz, Rhodochrosite,
Rhodonite, Kunzite, Morganite, Pink Opal & Pink Sapphire.

For the Self Love Journey we will utilize Rhodocrosite
as it's metaphysical properties are:
Self Love, Compassion & Emotional Healing.

Self Love is achived when you can accept all aspects of yourself with love & compassion; your darkness & light, your fear & joy.

as it's metaphysical properties include: Connecting with others.

To offer true unconditional love to another you have to be able to see them with the same compassion as you see yourself.
