Improve Your Energy with Crystals.

Crystals stimulate your energy system making it easier to achieve Meditation.
This can be a profound experience leading to notable changes in your body and life.

An introduction to the Human Energy System will be presented and then we will discuss ways to work with it

Examples of common Chakra crystals will be available for you to examine

Learn how to build a Crystal Array and the benefits of meditation within an Array.

Participate in a Chakra Balance Meditation within a Crystal Array.

This workshop is designed to give anyone new to energy work and crystals the basic information about the subject.
Class notes will be provided so that you can focus on the experience rather than trying to 'remember' it all.
This is a hands on, practical, workshop and you will leave having experienced crystal energy and meditation yourself.
The Chakra Balance Meditation is of benifit to all, novice and experienced persons alike, and will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, vital and alive.

In order to meditate within the Crystal Array you will be asked to lay upon the floor for up to 30 minutes. It is important to be comfortable and relaxed. Yoga Mats will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring additional padding to lay upon (ie: camping mat, duvet or pillows), a Blanket to prevent you getting cold, and cushion for under head. Some people also find it beneficial to have support under the knees to relieve pressure on the back.
