Experience 2 Journey Meditations within Crystal Arrays
In this workshop we will build 2 different Crystal Arrays.

• Journey within to meet your Higher Self
• Explore Connections to Higher Dimensions

This can be deep experience leading to profound insights from your inner world that translate directly to your life

Participants of this workshop will be invited to experience a meditation within a Crystal Array which will involve laying on the floor for up to 20 minutes. Yoga Mats will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring additional padding to lay upon for your comfort, plus a pillow for under your head and a blanket to keep you warm

What to expect:

In this workshop we work in pairs. The participants are invited to enter the arrays, one after another, to experience a journey meditation. The journey will begin with a relaxation meditation before being guided to visualize the 'journey stone', and to look for a doorway so that access can be gained inside the stone. Once inside, the participants are asked to describe what they can see, and their partner will write down what is said. The expectation is that somewhere in this space there is a message for them. This could be presented as a symbolic object, place or scene; via a message from a guide of some sort; or as an 'inner knowing'.

Some previous participants in this workshop have offered to share their journeys so that we can all learn from their experiences.

1. Inner Journey Notes - Mrs 'H' - Oct 2009:
The 1st array is designed to assist one to journey deep within, to connect with the 'true self', and to gain inner knowledge of that 'true self'.

I entered a very large crystal doorway and found myself in a cave filled with space and openness, emptiness and light. The roof came off and opened up to the galaxies with stars filling the heavens and the cave expanding more and more.
I was expecting to meet a guide but I didn't meet a guide or any being, the only being there was myself. As I waited for a guide to appear I felt deep emotional pain and heard the words 'you are the one you've been searching for'.
This brought more shaking emotions as I struggled to embrace this concept. My mind could not understand, but another part of me did comprehend without words.

When words did come they were:
'I am one with the light, the light and I are one.
I am in the light and the light is in me'.

At some point a huge clear quartz, egg shaped, crystal appeared against one of the cave walls. A piece was sliced off the top making the egg flat on the top so that I could sit on it and gaze upwards through the opening. I wanted to stay there forever, knowing with my heart, yet not knowing with my mind, who I was, who I am, who each one of us truly is at the core of our being.

'There are no words to contain or express this understanding, it can only be experienced as a reality', I was told

When I came back through the crystal doorway I heard, 'have no fear, this is your truth'

Part of me felt as if an explosion had occurred within my physical body, shattering & scattering aspects of myself which had been literally cemented together in a lifelong effort to protect myself, to keep me safe from an indefinable 'something'.

2. Connections to Higher Dimensions Notes - Mrs 'H' - Oct 2009:
The 2nd array is designed to assist in holding the physical body in a safe place whilst the mind journeys out to connect with a consciousness outside of the self via a crystal placed at the crown, know a the 'journey stone'.

I chose a large Phantom Quartz as my Journey Stone. The doorway was an identical replica of it and the whole doorway was permeable so that I had no difficulty walking through it as if I merged with it. I entered a cave whose walls and ceiling shone like silver with light from an unseen source. There was an atmosphere of great peace here and I was in no hurry to experience any more ground shaking inner experiences so I just waited without any expectations.
Presently a large white polar bear appeared. She had a white rectangular seat on her back with the word TRUTH written on it in silver. Wordlessly I was invited to sit on the seat, which was quite comfortable thought it didn't look it. Inside my head a sign appeared which flickered on and off, 'Trust Your Truth'. It slowly became smaller and receded into my head, a permanent reminder.

I was told that the polar bear's name is Satya, a Sanskrit word with means 'Truth'.

I would also like you to know that since the workshop I have been privileged to receive many other 'Inner Knowing' experiences.

In Robert Simmons book 'stones of the new consciousness' he refers to Satya Mani Quartz which I'd never heard of, but happened to come across when reading this newly purchased book.
Satya Mani Quartz is the 'Truth Gem'.
I have now purchased a piece and find that it always connects me to Satya, my Polar Bear guide, and we have been on many journeys together to find 'Truth'.
